Multiple Helpdesk Analyst Positions for a Leading Healthcare Provider

Modis has been tasked by one of their most respected clients to identify the following due to growth.  Located in the Cherry Hill, NJ area, our client needs six Helpdesk Analysts to support their operations in the new year.   Requirements: ·  At least 2 years of 100% phone helpdesk experience·  Strong troubleshooting skills·  Experience resolving VPN and network connectivity issues, setting up new users and doing password resets·  Experience with trouble ticket tracking software· Professional and outstanding communication skills required·  Excellent customer service skills This position is intended to a contract with a possibility of being hired after a contract period of no less than 6 (six) months.  Hourly rates will be based on experience.
