Internal Job Description:

-  Manage Current Customers

o Manage inbound chats, emails and phone calls

o Manage Case resolution on current CRM

o Troubleshoot STL campaigns

 

-  Assist New User Turn-ups

o Make Courtesy Calls

o Purchase Data and initiate loading workflows

o Manage PATLive and InvestorPro.com turn-ups

o Assign KALL8 phone numbers

 

 Job Description
This individual will be working with a group of experienced professionals who are building a world class software services company at light speed.  This individual will be responsible for providing top tier customer support to both existing and new customers.  This will be a highly demanding position that will combine technical, people and real estate skills.  This position will both teach and challenge the right person to become the most efficient, skilled customer service representative they can possibly be while working in a dynamic and growing startup company.

 

 Job Requirements

-  College degree / equivalent experience

-  Intermediate to advanced Internet and general computing skills

-  Excellent phone presence

-  Self-starter individual who works well under pressure

-  Experience with Real Estate transactions a plus

-  Experience with Marketing Campaigns a plus

-  Willingness to learn fast and apply knowledge immediately
