We are looking for candidates who are not only experienced in delivering .NET and ASP applications but are familiar with the differences between them and legacy technologies and platforms·  A thorough working knowledge of the medical industry including medical claim coding and billing, insurance and self pay collections, cash posting and charge maintenance.·  Previous success on projects involving application migrations, conversions, upgrades, archiving and sunsetting·  Excellent interpersonal, team and client communication skills. This position will work closely with our professional services group to define client requirements, other developers and support staff to build solutions, and the clients to address and resolve errors.·  Ability to manage or work with off-shore programmers in a matrix and collaborative environment·  Strong at knowledge transfer, with a sense of teamwork and transparency ingrained at the DBA level·  Excellent oral, written and documentation skills.
