The specific areas of experience must include: 1.  Master Pages2.  Themes3.  Web Services4.  Remoting5.  Design Patterns6.  Strong OO skills7.  MS SQL Server8.  Stored Procedures9.  JavaScript, HTML, XHTML Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)10.  AJAX11.  UML12.  Strong documentation skills13.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills14.  Strong teamwork/collaboration skills15.  Great Plains Admin Experience We are looking for a seasoned developer, not a coder.
