Location: Celebration, FL 34747 Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project, Employee INCREDIBLE NETWORK ENGINEER6 MONTH POSITION AVAILABLE TODAY!!Are you looking for an environment that fosters growth & rewards performance? Ready to get to work IMMEDIATELY?  Grow your career with Spherion…We are committed to your growth and career development! Helps facilitate, manage and communicate the Cisco Quality of Service & Multicasting project.  Assists the customer in determining Cisco IOS versions and in implementing the changes on the global network.  Assists in developing better processes in streamlining upgrades while documenting all change control activities and status updates.  This Position is Responsible For: Operates data communication systems, including Cisco LANs and/or WANs (Layer 2 & 3) Plans, designs and implements Cisco networked systems, including configurations, and supports/troubleshoots network problems Proposes and implements system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the system Designs, analyzes, plans, and modifies network components supporting customer communication implementation activities Develops and evaluates network performance criteria and measurement methods Prepares the analysis of the capacity needs for switching, routing transmission and signaling Assists in network architecture design, feasibility and cost studies Works with the customer(s) to develop new processes (business process (re)engineering) and to identify process improvement opportunities, as appropriate. Conduct needs assessments to assist the customer in determining which business requirements can and should be automated and counsels the customer on how these automated functions would be integrated with other business processes. Translates business requirements into functional and technical requirements. Facilitates the identification of and analysis of automation alternatives. Helps the customer implement new business processes and changes to their existing business processes (during implementation, the business analyst may help develop communication material define supporting procedures and standards document training materials assist in the immediate training effort etc.). Promotes adherence to standardized processes, strategic principles, and architectural standards. Actively shares knowledge with other members and improves the tools and processes used by company personnel. Frequently use of computer and computer assisted tools. All other duties as assigned Work schedule, Monday to Friday, 8am5pm, may change to evening schedule after 12 months.  Evening schedule could be 4pm 12pm.
