The Position: National Sales Manager
The National Sales Manager at s·com focuses on managing a sales team, establishing new clients and maintaining current client accounts. This position requires strong management skills as well as exceptional business development and account management experience. **Experience working within a recruitment/staffing service company is required.**
In addition to managing their team of Account Executives, the National Sales Manager will work in conjunction with our Recruiters to make sure that their clients are provided with quality candidates and outstanding service. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong passion to succeed. We work in an environment that fosters respect, integrity and teamwork. Demonstrated innovation and adaptability will contribute to your success in this fun environment.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:
· Recent experience developing and qualifying business opportunities via cold calling, networking and prospecting.
· The ability to manage a sales team while building and maintaining your own sales desk.
· A strong work ethic.
· A proven track record of over achievement, in both career and personal goals.
· A history of, and a need for, a six-figure income.
· Ability to micro-manage your own efforts in a supportive environment.
