Assists in curricula development/revision/coordination, staffing and management of courses, assessments, instruction, admi/log support, and after-action reporting of USG training and exercise activities conductedoverseas. Participants are generally country-specific representativesconsisting of senior level and below officials in the border security and emergency response arenas. Travel is frequent and may take place in any of the countries participating in the ICP Program. Firm understanding and extensive experience in WMD/HAZMAT national policy and implementation-related activities. Must understand and be able to coordinate and participate in policy and operational perspectives, decision-making, and conduct of operations, particularly in border security and/or emergency response activities.Must have demonstrated experience in developing and conducting instruction to audiences containing multiple skill sets. Overseas instructional experience a plus.
