Technology Partners, Inc., a full-service IT staffing company, is seeking a National Technical Recruiter to work in their expanding St. Louis office in Chesterfield, MO.  Technology Partners provides Information Technology services and business solutions to Fortune 1000 clients throughout the US.  Technology Partners offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary plus commission, bonus, full benefits, 401K plan and opportunity for advancement to the qualified candidate.

 

The National Technical Recruiter will be provided an extensive training program where the Recruiter will learn proven recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools. The Recruiter will work closely with the Recruiting Manager, Senior Technical Recruiters and Account Managers.

The National Technical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating the hiring of IT professionals for consulting, right-to-hire, and permanent positions.  Technology Partners hires highly experienced IT professionals to work on-site for their local and national clients at both large and mid-size companies.  This position requires an enthusiastic and energetic person willing to not only recruit these professionals, but also develop trustworthy relationships with professionals throughout the industry in building a prospect network.

 

Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain recruiting relationshipsConduct phone screenings, in-person interviews, reference checks, and technical skills assessmentsUnderstand client needs and evaluate candidates strengths against client requirementsUnderstand technical roles, skills and terminologyWork with Account Managers at to identify target needs and positions of their clients

ExperienceExperience in recruiting, staffing or sales Management experience involving strong interpersonal client/employee relationshipsA background in Technology is preferred but not required
