JOB SUMMARY:
Be responsible for designing, configuring, installing, testing, and documenting LAN/WAN operationsPerform network administration and support activities of current Cisco Network hardware andrelated software (involves set-up, implementation, configuration, monitoring performance, identifying problems, and resolving issuesMonitor all existing network services and equipmentWindows Server 2000/2003 administrationSupport Exchange ServerMaintaining Symantec Anti VirusFamiliarity working with virtual servers (VMWare ESX Administration)Microsoft SQL 2000/2005 AdministrationUpdate software, operating systems, security patches, WSUSProvide 2nd and 3rd level Desktop and Help Desk support when necessary, technologies include Windows 2000/XP and application support.



REQUIREMENTS:Excellent written & verbal communication skills required. Professional commitment to customer satisfaction & teamwork. Must possess excellent problem solving skills, be flexible, dependable and able to multitask with priority. Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner under very stressful situations. Security administration of Active Directory and Windows (2000 and 2003) Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Internet, Intranet, Cisco VPN, Cisco switches and routers Knowledge of Cisco ASA and Cisco Call Manager (VoIP) a plus and some exposure to SAN devices is desired. The ideal applicant will have a minimum of three years experience in a Microsoft Server environment.
