Troubleshoots, identifies, repairs and/or replaces faulty communication system components. Troubleshoots communication system applications and software; identifies and corrects malfunctions and/or other operational problems. Monitors network interface and traffic statuses to provide early detection and isolation of issues. Performs checks to ensure proper operation and security. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on various types of network communications equipment. Basic Qualifications Associate's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related field preferred.Microsoft Certified Professional, CompTIA Network+ / A+ software and hardware certifications preferred.Two or more years of experience in network communications. Experience working with network systems and networking principles and practices.Experience working with networking software and hardware.Other Qualifications Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.Good organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:None Create Success
