Day to Day Work Monitor and Process all Remedy trouble tickets & and change requests as appropriateTrouble tickets include any Eli-Lilly issue related to any device and or process being monitored by Smarts, NetIQ and Concord (SA). any severity 1, 2, 3 or 4 ticket on any Monitored Device in the Eli-Lilly Environment.Change requests include Account Add, and Remove; Device Add, remove, modify and blackout for Smarts, NetIQ and Concord (SA).Monitor the Greyout Web Console processTroubleshoot all NetIQ Greyout device (s) and provide feedback to either NetIQ or Eli-LillySupport all associated processes relating to the any monitored device (s) resolution; including escalation to Smarts, Concord, NetIQ and Service Center.
