As a key member of our Enterprise Systems Engineering team, you will be responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of effective voice and data networks which impact multiple clients and business areas throughout the firm.  Specific resposnsiblities:Recommend networking policy changes consistent with corporate objectives. Monitor utilization levels and trends throughout the firm to determine quality of service of both voice and data communications. Provides management support for networking issues. Provides networking (data and voice) strategic planning and management activities in areas surrounding architecture, standards, product evaluations, capacity planning, 3rd level support, security and audio/visual. Oversee the management and communications of the Networking engineering group to provide for common support services which include finance,  planning,  project management, and other core networking engineering functions. Manage and directs a professional staff of network engineers on multiple highly complex projects. Identify and create networking best practices, policies, procedures, across the global networking enterprise. Act as a Subject Matter Expert in all areas of networking (voice and data). Prepare financial analysis and management presentions in support of proposed networking enhancements.

 Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent is desired.  Must have proven management experience.
