Network & Hardware Administrator

 

Centaurus Financial, Inc. is a full service broker/dealer and registered investment advisor catering to the independent investment professional. We are currently seeking a Network & Hardware Administrator to join our IT Department in Orange, CA supporting our Home Office. We offer an opportunity for a motivated, flexible, self-starter to work with a highly skilled staff in a fast paced environment.  The qualified candidate should have a broad-based understanding of Network and Hardware Administration, specifically familiar with windows servers 2000 & 2003.

 

The ideal individual must be familiar with windows domain administration, network configuration, windows server security policies & workstation setup for Win 2k and Win XP Pro. Knowledge of Windows scheduler, FTP Services and some Database administration (MS SQL 2000 & Advantage DB Server 7) abilities are desired. Familiarity with SQL report writing and knowledge of general Network Security, to include Firewall Administration, Load Balancing and Scalability, Network Design and Implementation, Network Hardware Configuration, Network Maintenance, Network Performance Tuning, Network Protocols, and Network Troubleshooting is desired.
