The Network Operations Manager designs,manages, maintains, and plans the network team for installation, maintenance and repair of related data network and telecommunications systems. He/she is responsible for the management of corporate internal telecommunications and data networks administrative functions. This position also must ensure that the network supports the information systems needed by the company, and serves as the Network project manager for tactical projects involving the department or division-related projects. This is a hands on position. Don't miss the chance to take ownership and make significant impact at this profitable and growing Seattle technology company.Qualifications Must be fluent in TCP/IP and routing protocols, Internet technologies related to network infrastructure, routers, switches, routing and routed protocols.Complete understanding of provisioning and implementation of Telco services and VOIP Must have a broad range of knowledge in Cisco Networking Systems Full understanding of load balancing and fail over technologiesExpert (8+ years in lead role) level in network security and architectureExpert understanding of managing, architecting, and maintaining VLANs, SANs, WANs, and LANs12 years hands on experience designing and managing complex network environments BA or work experience equivalent Proven project management skills Project management of enterprise-wide network, VOIP, and wireless implementations Behavioral Skills and Competencies Required: Ability to work toward corporate objectives Quality of work to include timeliness, completeness and accuracy Ability to work effectively with, and obtain cooperation from, other employees and outside parties Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
