NETWORK SUPPORT ENGINEER

 

Network Synergy founded in 1988, is a full service Systems Integration and Managed Services and Internet/Application Hosting Company located in Trumbull, CT, is seeking  highly motivated Network Systems Engineers to service our customers on implementing high-end system solutions and providing the highest level of customer service and support.  Responsibilities include systems implementation, technical management, support and documentation for new projects and post-implementation support for the designated accounts.

 

 Requirements include:

 2-5 years of hands on technical experience with Microsoft networks, LAN/WAN and  IP routing and firewall implementations. Proven aptitude for complex problem resolution. Microsoft and Cisco or Citrix technical certifications a plus. Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong initiative to face the challenges of a very fast-paced and high-energy customer service organization. Present a professional and confident image with the ability to display strong technical knowledge required to maintain the strong customer relationships established by Network Synergy. Ability to work as a team member with the Engineering and Sales teams. Must possess strong follow up skills and communicate open issues with customer service team for reaching closure to project implementations. Proven track record for providing high-level customer service and support.
