Position available for high aptitude/mid-experienced technologist willing to learn and grow. Our fast paced service environment supports many small businesses in the greater Indianapolis area. Successful candidates will have demonstrated skills as a problem solver/master troubleshooter. This position requires in-depth/hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Server and Desktop), Exchange, Microsoft Small Business Server, Networking and hardware. He/she will be resourceful and know where to find answers to client system problems. Success depends on applying process thinking and documenting solutions. Our 1st priority is keeping our clients happy. Person must possess in depth knowledge of the following: Microsoft Server operating systems (2000, 2003) Desktop operating systems (2000, XP, Vista) Microsoft Office (XP,2003, 2007) Firewalls and Routers (At least at a basic level) Hardware TroubleshootingE-mail software (Outlook and Outlook Express) Printers and Print Queues TCP/IP NetworkingWireless NetworkingPDA/Smartphones

Must possess a basic understanding of: computer security (NTFS permissions, group policy), backups, logon scripts, Remote Access Technologies (Terminal Services, PC Anywhere) and virus software.
