Network / System Administrator

Required & Responsibilities:

* Install, configure, maintain and administer Windows 2000/2003 Servers.
* Experience with Cisco Switches, Routers, Firewalls.
* Experience with VPN configuration, installation and administration.
* Manage and support all areas of IT at our company's headquarter including helpdesk, systems, phone system and network.
* Set up, Configure, test, maintain and upgrade Cisco Call Manager, UNITY, QOS configuration, Cisco firewalls, routers (2811) and voice gateways, etc.
* Must have extensive hardware PC experience (ability to build, diagnose and repair computers with strong troubleshooting skills).
* LAN/WAN Support and Troubleshooting.
* Working technical knowledge of common networking protocols and standards such as DNS, TFTP, WINS, SMTP, SNMP, RPC, FTP, etc.
* Experience in windows IIS server and MS SQL server administration.
* Desktop, Printer, Telecom support as well as Troubleshooting.
* Document systems, configurations, Network and develop automation.
* Experience with administering and troubleshooting Cisco V0IP phone systems.
* Respond to telephone calls, email and requests for technical support
* Ensure 24x7 operations

Qualifications:

3 to 6 Years Years IT experience, preferably with a BS in CS or equivalent
Certification in MCSE and/or CCNA is a must.
