Provides the following functions as part of a proposal team: - Gathers and evaluates customer cross functional service requirements (including Change Management, Asset Management, Problem Management, RCA and DSR activities, procurement, Project Management, etc.) provided to CSC through a Request for Proposal (RFP) or other documentation Architects a technical solution meeting the customer's requirements for inclusion in CSC's bid/proposal Assists in identifying transformation requirements and costs to demonstrate CSC's ability to migrate from the current to the proposed environment Leads the development of cost models/estimates for providing the architected solution; primarily including labor, hardware, software, technical and operational support, and transformation Documents the proposed solution as required for inclusion in CSC's commercial proposal Presents the proposed solution for internal approval and external acceptance Acts as a technical consultant during contract negotiations Basic QualificationsBachelors Degree in a technical discipline or 7-10 years of Information Technology related experience Minimum of 5 years experience in and Demonstrated knowledge of cross functional type services - technology, tools, and processes Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and consultative skills to work effectively with clients, peers, and CSC management Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong presentation skills Experienced in solution development and architecture Experienced in financial modeling/cost estimation Skilled in influencing and negotiating Flexible; able to quickly and efficiently adapt to change Must be willing and able to travel approximately 25% of time Previous experience in business development is a plus Experience with servers, storage, or networks is a plus Remote Work Location Authorized:Yes Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:None Create Success
