New Technologies Director

MST Group, a fast-growing marketing services and advertising firm located on the northwest side of Indianapolis, is seeking an experienced, innovative and highly committed person to manage and grow our internal IT Department.

MST Group is an award-winning marketing services firm that has a focus of providing our clients an array of innovative marketing technologies with a blending of traditional marketing tactics and rich media applications.  This includes:  web development, on-line market research surveys, Marketing Performance Measurement (CRM), interactive marketing tools, on-line newsletters, brand research, etc.  

 Technology Experience Required:

PHP MySQL HTML Some knowledge of Adobe Flex III Flash Java Ajax Object-oriented Relational Database Development Interactive Technologies
Responsibilities and professional demeanor include:
Accurate estimating of project development time to meet profitable deliverable deadlines and avoid project creep. Provide daily proactive project status feedback to internal and client stakeholders to assure timely and accurate delivery of technology projects. “Holding your feet to the fire” to do whatever it takes to meet client-committed deadlines and deliver quality results. Monitor all aspects of IT Department’s project load including oversight of individual IT employee project status, completion and performance. Treating both clients and internal MST employees as ‘customers’ of the IT Department. Commit to and meet delivery time and objectives of client projects.  (This will sometimes require a willingness to require IT effort that is outside an 8:00 to 5:00 work mentality.) Advising and consulting MST management concerning best practices of emerging technologies that will contribute to innovative results, company growth and profitability.
