is NOW SEEKINGa POINT OF SALE SUPPORT SPECIALIST
We are currently seeking a Point of Sale Specialist for our Wichita Support Center!
The POS Support Specialist position reports to the IT Operations Manager and is primarily responsible for general help desk and support as well as implementing configuration duties including the following:


• Providing help desk and support services to restaurant and home office employees

• Configuration, deployment, maintenance of POS software changes including pricing, taxes, etc.

• Assisting in the maintenance of workstation and POS servers

• Relaying appropriate problem information to responsible outside vendors

• Analyzing problem patterns 

 

Qualifications include:

• Focused attention to detail

• Able to multitask between several diverse projects

• Able to manage projects from inception to completion

• Basic knowledge of information technology, including windows OS and WAN/LAN fundamentals

• Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends and evenings
