Streamline Networks is a Los Angeles based IT consulting firm that provides comprehensive IT services and full end-to-end IT support for small and mid-sized companies.  We are located on the Westside, very close to the 10 and 405 Freeways.  We are looking for the right candidate to fill the position of Office Admin.

 

Responsibilities:

As the Office Admin, you will be responsible for assisting with processing accounts receivables, accounts payable and invoicing; assist with tracking and billing items purchased on behalf of clients; ensure daily operational needs are met, including managing supplies on hand, filing, phone support, mailing, and related office tasks.

Job Requirements: High School Education, AA Degree or Higher 2 years related experience Valid Driver’s License with Clean Driving Record Reliable automobile and proof of insurance Proof of US Citizenship or Green Card Speak, Read and Write English Fluently Effective time management and organizational skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Perform quality work with a minimal amount of supervision in a fast paced environment

 

Additionally, all candidates must pass a background check.

 

Minimum Technical Skills

Basic understanding of Windows & Microsoft Office, QuickBooks.
