Office Manager

Acutech Network Services, a provider of networking and computer services located in Orange, California is searching for an office manager/bookkeeper.  The candidate will be responsible for accounts payable/receivable, payroll, petty cash, benefits administration, scheduling all client appointments, purchase order administration, client service reports, and other tasks as assigned.

 

Applicants must have 3 or more years experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft Word and Excel.  Experience with Goldmine and Access highly desired.  Candidates must have an aptitude for computers, be detailed oriented and have excellent communication skills.  Candidate must be team-oriented yet capable of working independently.

 

Normal working hours are 8:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday.  We are ideally seeking a full time candidate but will consider a part time candidate who can work Mon-Fri from 8:00am till mid-afternoon.
