Office Manager/Project manager/Bookkeeper

Small growing high-tech company seeking a full-time Office Manager/Project Manager/Bookeeper to keep our busy office organized.  Extraordinary attention to detail is a must!!  We provide technology services to small businesses in the Cleveland metro area.   REQUIRED SKILLS:1-3 years bookeeping/accounting experience5+ years overall experience (Office Management/Project Management experience a must)Must be highly organized (THIS IS A REQUIREMENT!!)Payroll experience a major plus.Must have very strong computer skills including e-mail, web, Quickbooks, Excel, etc.Must be familar with computers, computer terminology, and be comfortable talking to customer on the phoneMarketing experience a plusOffice administration experience a plusAbility to work from home (i.e. internet connection & a computer at home) when neededMust have a cell phone and reliable transportationMust have the ability to handle multiple tasks/duties within a fast-paced environment

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain schedules for 2 executives and other technicians Coordinate all client projects, including hardware and software ordering, project schedule coordination, equipment shipping and deployment, and ensure adequate billing records are maintained Perform all bookeeping functions for the company, including billing, A/R, A/P, bank reconciliations, credit card and credit line reconciliations, month-end close, and weekly financial reporting Prepare weekly operations reports from a variety of systems and data Be the gatekeeper for 2 company executives Answer all incoming phone calls, e-mail, and respond to voicemail Follow-up with customers after work is performed to ensure their satisfaction Follow-up with technicians to ensure work has been performed, and service history recorded Send marketing material, mailings, newsletters, etc to customers and prospects (print and online) Maintain client and vendor filing system Maintain office facilities including coordination with cleaning company, office supply ordering, office equipment maintenance (printers, etc), and other office duties as assigned.
