Explore the opportunity of world-changing work available to you below.CH2M HILL is looking for a dynamic, experienced Office Technology Coordinator for our Santa Ana, CA office.This position serves as the IT technical lead for a large office. Supervises local Tier 2 support staff.Management responsibilities include scheduling of staff to allow appropriate coverage of office/s as well as mentoring and providing opportunities for staff development.Also conducts staff appraisals and performance reviews. IT Responsibilities include acquisition, installation and maintenance of Servers, LAN/WAN, Workstation, Imaging and Telephony equipment. Interact with local office management to provide direction of company IT goals. Provide support for smaller area offices and project sites. Must be able to travel 20% of the time.Responsible for the effective acquisition, installation, maintenance and use of PCs and IT (Information Technology) infrastructure for assigned office/s. Determines correct computing level and resources for that/those offices. Lead technical support person for a major office. Resolves more complex problems with PC support issues. Internal consultant for the Tier II support staff within their responsible offices and direct reports. Manages the groups resources and workload leveling for support staff. Prepares personnel scheduling for offices covered. Coordinates with TAC( Total Assistance Center) on escalated tickets to ensure staff respond appropriately and in a timely manner. Works closely with the local LAN( Local Area Network) administrator.KEY DUTIES:IT lead for an office/s. Provides workload scheduling for IT direct reporting staff. Maintains and evaluates workload statistics and metrics.  Performs financial/ budget monitoring for responsible offices as directed or requested by RITM (Regional IT Manager) or AITM (Assistant IT Regional Manager). Oversees the IT resources and infrastructure for an office/s. Maintains strong, close working relationship with customers in the offices for which responsible. Matches business needs to customers need for that office. Trains customers as needed.  Works closely with AOM (Area Office Manager) to ensure IT is meeting business requirements.  Works closely with customers and TAC (Technical Assistance Center) to provide adequate and timely IT support.  Meet stated TAC SLA goals (90% customer response time for each priority category and an 80% resolution rate).  Ensure supervised IT staff also meet their stated TAC SLA goals.  Ensure that proper Health & Safety (H&S) guidelines are practiced and maintained by all supervised IT staff.
