Online Community Manager

CIBER is immediatley hiring to fill a fulltime position for an experienced Online Communities Manager.  This position would provide the opportunity work in a large corporate environment managing effort in a global community.  The ideal person will have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to foster positive relationship with fellow web teams and stakeholders. Required Skills: Ability to develop and drive social media campaigns Experience using social technologies on behalf of a corporation such as forums, blogs, wikis, social networks, RSS, etc. Skill at developing compelling executive level business cases tying use of word of mouth (WOM) marketing and online communities to business objectives/goals Experience with content syndication methods and approaches especially in a B2B scenario. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to evaluate Web 2.0 technologies separating the hype from real business uses that drive to the bottom line. Experience developing online communities as well as engaging existing online communities Ability to appropriately leverage social media/networking communities (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
