Operations Analyst II/III

Resolve service and/or system issues by gathering and analyzing related information, identifying the cause of the problem and investigating possible solutions Gather user requirements and translate into system requirements. Maintenance of reporting tools utilizing MS Access, Monarch and data translation tables. Maintenance of systems and/or processes by analyzing and providing overall support to internal and external customers.  Reviews progress with management.  Stays aware of externally available programs and faculty. Troubleshoot system problems. Carries out analytical assignments that are varied and possibly difficult. Develops problem resolution by analyzing processing problems, recommending automated solutions and working with other departments to test and implement solutions. Verifies results by developing and executing tests for moderate sized projects. 3+ years of professional experience in the function or similar activity outside the organization. Must be knowledgeable in MS Access, Excel, Word, Visio and Monarch is a plus Experience in insurance, mortgage, and banking and call center. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Skills — knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of development. Effective oral and written communication skills.  Ability to adapt easily as procedure/client needs change.
