Operations Systems Support Manager Reporting To: Sr. Director, Infrastructure EngineeringLocation: Washington DC areaThe Company is a healthcare information technology service provider that is looking for an OSS Manager.  .Essential Job Functions Selects, designs and implements network and systems monitoring solutions Leads the effort to implement management systems integration and reporting tools Interfaces with operations, development and engineering Provides support and training of the tools developed Manages a small team of developers, engineers or consultants Required Expertise Experienced working with hosting vendors Recent hands-on experience using OSS tools Recent experience selecting or developing monitoring solutions Experience with Sybase/iAnywhere Afaria (desired) Experience with Nagios (desired) Experience with SNMP-based management tools Experience with security tools and appliances (firewalls, IDS, etc.) Skills and Experience Mid/Sr-level professional Should be able to work unsupervised Self and quick learner Comfortable working alone or as part of a team Excellent problem solving and communication skills 8+ years experience Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Travel Required: None  MRINetwork is the largest and most successful search organization in the world.
