Communicate with team and management progress of support issues while correcting potential problems before they become critical Proven track record of successfully leading transition teams and knowledge transfers Oracle AIM knowledge is a plus Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to facilitate and manage the work of multiple personnel assigned to various components of support team. Must have the ability to interact with clients, analyze and document requirements and design solutions, troubleshoot problems and meet deadlines. Experience working with the Oracle Application API's. Experience with Oracle Reports, Oracle Discover. Experience working in a UNIX server environment. Position is on-site in Santa Clara, CA. 5+ years supporting Oracle Applications. 2+ years Oracle 11i, Oracle Daily Business Intelligence, Discoverer and Resource Manager.
