Oracle 11i Financial Systems Consultant for Life Sciences Industry

Maxiom Group, pioneering new business practices, tools and methodologies to serve the life science marketplace, is seeking a Senior Consulting Professional to be responsible for delivering complex programs that marry processes with technology to help clients achieve high performance. The focus of this position is on architecting solutions using Oracle Apps to achieve defined business outcomes.  You must possess skills in Oracle Apps process design and configuration, Oracle Apps design, development, integration, testing and deployment, and Oracle Apps technical architecture.  This is a great opportunity to work in the growing and innovative life sciences industry. Responsibilities:
 Application design and architecture components
 Supervising process and functional design activities
 Creating functional requirements as an input to application design
 Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
 Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities
 Planning and executing data conversion activities
 Driving test planning and execution

Experience and skills required:
 Minimum of 5 years experience with Oracle applications
 At least 1 year team lead experience
 At least 2 years experience with Oracle11i functionality using  GL (General Ledger), FA (Fixed Assets), AR (Receivables), AP (Payables), PA (Project Accounting) and PO (Purchasing)
 Ability to create FSG and Discoverer reports
 Capable of generating XML documentation
 Bachelor's degree required, CPA preferred
