Responsible for designing and developing sub-system extensions to Oracle Applications (Financials, Manufacturing etc.). Candidates should have experience as a team leader and mentor, and be able to provide leadership in the areas of trouble-shooting, ERP upgrade, ERP implementation support, RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions), architectural design, and third party application assessment and installation, as well as assist clients with technical infrastructure development. Requires hands on experience with at least 3 modules of Oracle Applications and the latest technology tools. Work with the client project sponsor to deliver an ERP implementation from start to finish. Lead and mentor a team of consultants on an implementation utilizing Oracle Financials or be responsible for the functional portion of the implementation Anticipate challenges and recommend creative solutions around Oracle technologies and infrastructure. Apply best practices and a detailed understanding of Oracle to design a total solution. Strategize and execute plans to win new business from your client. ~ SKILLS: 1. Minimum 2 Oracle 11i full life cycle implementations 2. Experience as Oracle Application Technology Lead consultant of an Oracle implementation 3. In depth understanding of Oracle 11i and the various modules such as AR/AP/CE/FA, strong focus on CE and FA 4. Experience in Fusion Middleware including Oracle BPEL, Oracle ESB or Oracle Service Registry. 5. Experience with Oracle Application Server (91r2AS/10gAS). 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 7. Capable of mentoring and overseeing team members 8. Experience in leading client workshops 9. Work well in team environment 10. Commitment to the traveling lifestyle of a consultant 11. Bachelor Degree or equivalent years of experience 12.
