Job Description Oracle Developer Burns & McDonnell has an exciting opportunity in our Kansas City, Missouri offices for an Oracle Developer.  This position is responsible for assisting with application development and implementation of the time card entry and tracking system, all phases of project application development documentation and following programming and documentation standards as well as development and project methodology.  Other responsibilities include providing analysis of potential solutions and developing input for build or buy recommendations; developing and maintaining Oracle code based on defined requirements; and developing requirements for application interfaces and conversions as well as assisting with defining and executing system test plans. Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in MIS or equivalent discipline with at least 5 years of experience.  Position requires an experienced developer using the Oracle DB and toolset, preferably with experience working with time tracking systems and web based development.  Excellent communication skills and the delivery of software solutions consistently on time with little to no errors is a must.   As a 100% employee owned firm, we offer stock ownership, incentive bonus programs and matching 401(k) plans.
