Strong experience in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Candidates must be located or within reasonable driving distance of the DC area BS/BA in Computer Science, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting or other appropriate discipline.
