Oracle Forms Developer

We are looking for an Oracle Forms Developer to join our Store Operations team.  The Oracle Forms Developer’s responsibilities include development in Oracle Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL packages, along with investigation, design, development, unit test, and documentation assignments. 

 

Specific responsibilities include:Maintaining of current headquarter and store functions within the software;Designing and developing new functionality based on customer requests and/or market needs;Maintaining existing applications through support issues from error investigation through delivery of a solution;Participating in design and code reviews;Writing required design and analysis documents for applications; Creating technical documentation for our end users and Support personnel; andSome limited travel to customer sites.

 

The successful candidate must possess:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related degree or equivalent work experience;4+ years programming experience in application development;2+ years experience with Oracle Development (Oracle DBMS, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and PL/SQL);Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present recommended solutions to customers and Tomax executive teams;Familiarity with consulting environment dealing directly with clients;Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment; andJava experience a plus.
