Qualifications include: Must have production Oracle Forms working experience Production Oracle Reports working experience, a big plus Must have production Oracle SQL/PLSQL Development experience Must have some production Data Modeling experience Must have requirements gathering experience Experience in working with Oracle 8.1.7i DBMS, Oracle Forms 4.5, and Oracle Reports 2.5, a plus Must have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and multi-tasking capabilities Must have strong Verbal and Non Verbal communication skills Desire to perform consulting engagements at client sites Consulting experience a plus but not required Background working in government environment
