Oracle Functional Support - Manufacturing

HID Global Corporation, a leading manufacturer in the access control
industry serving customers worldwide with proximity and contactless smart
card technologies, has an immediate opportunity for an Oracle Manufacturing
Support Specialist to provide daily Oracle support; train users on existing
and new system features; open and resolve service requests using Oracle's
Metalink; consult and advise on Oracle applications capabilities and new
features; act as liason between users and developers; as well as
participate in new implementations and perform system admin tasks.

Must have a 4 year college degree and 3 to 5 years working experience with
Oracle 11i modules. Successful candidate will also have understanding of
manufacturing processes and of inventory management techniques.
