Oracle PL/SQL and Business Analyst

1. Must have significant experience (5+ years) and senior level expertise using Oracle PL/SQL

2. Must have experience in leading business requirements gathering (4 or more projects in this role) working in a team environment

3. Must have the ability to formulate business requirements into a design specification and to provide justification explanations for the approaches being taken.

4. Must have significant project team experience and must communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers.

5. Must be able to work on technical specification with little or no direction

6. Must be able to multitask and complete tasks within the given time frame and estimated hours.

7. Must have a basic understanding of and experience (5 - 7+ Years) using ASP, C#, VB, HTML, JavaScript, and XML in a professional environment.

8. Must understand core .Net concepts and must have experience using both Visual Studio 2003 and 2005.

9. Must have experience managing and integrating interoperable assemblies into .Net projects

10. Must have experience with XML manipulation using XSLT.

11. Technical skills required include .NET, Visual Basic 6.0, Visual Interdev/Active Server Pages (VB Script, Java Script), XML, XSLT, XPath, HTML, Active Reports, RenderX.

12. Must accomplish assignments in a timely fashion while leveraging prior experience and knowledge to provide design and architectural input whenever possible.

13. Must pay attention to detail in coding, testing, and documentation to contribute to the continued success of the development team and the robustness of the supported system.

14. Must provide complete deliverables for assignments which require no rework and adhere to system development standards.
