They must have a proven track record of developing effective relationships at all levels within a client organization. They must demonstrate proven success in driving projects and business organizations toward achieving the intended business results within a contracted time and budget. Experience must include developing and communicating project quality metrics (performance to plan, budget conditions, and resource utilization), validating estimates, schedules, and associated work products. Project Managers must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and have extensive experience in System Implementation/Upgrade methodologies and the approaches that support them.Essential Knowledge:Qualified candidates will have the experience and ability to provide project leadership for complex Oracle implementations. Work involves designing and developing sub-system extensions to Oracle Applications(Financials, Manufacturing, etc). Candidates should have experience as a team leader and mentor, and be able to provide leadership and third party application assessment and installation, as well as assist clients with technical infrastructure development. Requires hands on experience with at least 3 modules of Oracle Applications and the latest technology tools.Essential Job Functions Business: Demonstrate subject matter expertise in all business development activities including sales calls, client presentations, and round tables. Business: Provide current knowledge of emerging and maturing business trends and is familiar with CSC's services offerings and capabilities in these areas. Business: Participate as an assessor in the Pioneer Assessment and Improvement (A&I) process for opportunities within your area(s) of expertise. Methodology: Maintain a cross-division practitioners network in area of expertise. Management: Achieve leveraged revenue target as defined by Managing Director. Technical: Oversee research and development activities in area of expertise. Relationship Management: Play a lead role in influencing client expectations and ensuring client satisfaction in area of responsibility and beyond, and demonstrate sound negotiating skills. Relationship Management: Demonstrate political savvy and establish credibility with client management at the Executive Steering Committee and Board of Directors levels. Leverage: Contribute to engagements on a national level due to recognized expertise in selected discipline. Leverage: Lead major proposal efforts and create strategies to win business in new markets or current accounts. Essential Education:Bachelor's degreeEssential Skills:At least 10 years experience in the information technology field with at least (5) years working with Oracle Applications Detailed understanding and experience with Oracle Financial Applications and data architectures.
