Oracle UPK Trainer

A High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

Six years** related experience which can be met as follows:

A minimum of 18 months** (one and a half years) full-time work experience in an administrative or managerial position is required of all candidates.

The requirement for the remaining 54 months of work experience (four and one-half years) may be met by full-time work experience in a related field and/or college coursework.

College coursework may be substituted at the rate of one year of completed full-time coursework equal to six months of experience.

A Master**s degree in technology or a closely-related field may be substituted for an additional year of experience.

Experience with Oracle UPK.

Experience designing technical training.

Experience working with PeopleSoft systems, particularly learning
modules.

Experience writing and producing training materials.

Experience delivering technical training to groups with a wide range of abilities.

Familiarity with the Higher Education environment and its administrative processes.

Demonstrated ability to gather information and insights from individuals and groups through the use of questioning and interviews.
