Organizational Alignment Representative

Position requriements: 2 to 3 years SAP security experience 2 to 3 years audit experience with solid knowledge in authorization objects settings Capable of working with little day to day supervision Capable of dealing with customers.

The Primary focus is: This position is responsible for and has authority for taking any corrective actions necessary in regard to SAP end user security. This position is responsible for providing end user support on any SAP functionality issues they may encounter with their permanent assignments. To support these responsibilities an OAR will ; For an OAR, the primary customer is the End User -assists the End User in determining the proper assignment -is the “ point of contact “ for the End User if issues arise related to authorization problems -assists in reviewing the error, determines the cause and works with the Process Owner responsible for that area An OAR maintains a strong working relationship with the Business - assists in resolving audit issues - assists in any revisions to Activity Groups if necessary This person must be able to properly and clearly communicate to end users that have technical knowledge of their job function but may not have an understanding of functionality from a security perspective.

This is a temporary assignment that may last up to 5 years.
