This assignment is to work on Enterprise Data Strategy work efforts, partnering with the Business and Technology Integration Office (BTIO).  Work efforts will include, but are not limited to:  BI Tools Strategy, BI Framework, Data Stewardship, and Address data needs to support more flexible reporting. Specific duties for the Enterprise Data Strategy work efforts: - Identify and manage potential risks (e.g. people's resistance to change, communication gaps, etc.) that may jeopardize the success of all efforts.  - Understand how to provide and execute organizational change management strategies and solutions - Develop and execute communication strategies - Create well-organized, clear, concise communications based on information on the communication strategies  Addl Skills Update:  COMMUNICATION DEVELOPMENT AND COMMUNICATION COORDINATION  CIBER, Inc.
