Job Profile
Responsibilities:

The Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining and executing partner strategies for our client company's middleware business unit. The individual will determine the appropriate business model and strategies for engaging in partnerships and reseller/distribution relationships with software companies, systems integrators, value added resellers (VARs), value added distributors (VADs), and hardware companies.

Develop the target profiles of appropriate middleware partners for world wide regions. The Partner Manager will work closely with partner relationship manager in regional Field Operations groups and with product line managers within the middleware business unit, as well as with program marketing groups.
Manage appropriate sales engagement models, pricing models, lead generation programs, marketing programs, and service and support models.
Allocate market development funds. The Manage will work with others in the recruitment and relationship management of partners.

Requirements:

5-12 years experience in senior partner marketing management roles within information technology companies.
Experience with infrastructure and middleware software a strong plus.
Experience in program marketing and product marketing a plus.
BS/BA and/or MS degree. An MBA is a plus.
