Explore the opportunity of world-changing work available to you below.SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE:Under general direction, performs general tasks to aid in the ongoing support of microcomputer environments. Assists with end user questions and problems, installs software and peripherals, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues with desktop and laptop microcomputers, and install software/peripherals per customer requests. Trains end users on the proper use of their PC’s and procedures. Participate in end-of-lease systems swaps. Conducts research on new technologies as directed under supervision.KEY DUTIES: Performs system swaps.  Hardware and software troubleshooting for end users.  Configurations and installation of hardware/software. Assist team with asset management and inventory control Meet stated SLA goals (90% customer response time for each priority category and an 80% resolution rate).  Ensure that proper Health & Safety (H&S) guidelines are practiced and maintained. This position will require local travel one or more days per week.
