PC Technician

igicon Corporation, established in 1985, is a full-service Information Technology Integrator and Provider servicing Network Engineering and Software Development to both government and commercial customers. Digicon employs approximately 300 employees throughout the Washington metropolitan area, as well as several other major cities across the nation.

We are currently in search for a Helpdesk/PC Technician for a position based out of our Baltimore City local government location in Baltimore, Maryland.

 

The Helpdesk/PC Technician will provide network, helpdesk, PC, and application support.  The Helpdesk Technician will also be “on-call” for a total of about 1-2 months per year, on a rotation basis.

 

Position Requirements:

 Must have 1-2 years experience with PC Tech HelpDesk Support and customer service supportMust have excellent customer service skills as a technician to interface with end-users and customersComptia, A+ certification desired
