Responsible for crafting a vision, implementation roadmap and statement of work for Product Development engagements. Will act as a subject matter expert on PLM technology and/or processes to determine solutions that will improve the client's engineering Development processes e.g., Stage-Gate, Bill of Material Management, Engineering Change Management. Translate business challenges into process / technical solutions that address the people, process and technology needs of the organization. Effectively interact with client representatives, project management and fellow team members (both inside and outside of the immediate team). Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills. B.S. degree, preferably in Engineering, or equivalent work experience preferred. Must be a US Citizen. Must be willing to travel 25% - 50%. Position is on-site Sterling Heights, MI, or remote.5+ years PLM software solution capabilities, such as Agile, Team Center, Matrix One. 10+ years Managementin PLM within Automotive, Manufacturing or Aero / Defense sector. 2+ years in full life-cycle of project development including Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation, and Training.
