CITY/STATE: El Segundo, CAPOSITION TYPE: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/ProjectJOB CATEGORY: Customer Support/Client CareEDUCATION LEVEL: High School or equivalentSALARY: 13.00 - 13.00 USD /hour POLICY ENFORCEMENT SPECIALIST Job Overview The Policy Enforcement department at MySpace serves as the liaison to law enforcement and government personnel. Policy Enforcement Specialists will be responsible handling inquiries from agency personnel regarding emergencies and criminal investigations, as well as provides support to law enforcement and government personnel inquiring about the use of a MySpace profile.  In addition, within the Policy Enforcement department are specialized teams that deal with Copyright/Trademark issues, liaison for school administrators/officials and international safety/security issues.  The ideal candidate will be detailed-oriented, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and works with a sense of urgency. Responsibilities ·  Learns and maintains a thorough working knowledge of departmental policies and procedures ·  Must be able to view graphic and explicit videos, content and images, while responding calmly and professionally·  Handles incoming and outgoing telephone calls from law enforcement and government officials using proper telephone etiquette·  Trains law enforcement and government personnel on how to navigate through the MySpace website and user profile·  Effectively communicates sensitive subject matter with government agencies, law enforcement and internal management, as needed Requirements  ·  Passes all standardized agency testing·  Must pass background check·  Must work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every week·  Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills·  Ability to work in a dynamic work environment·  Exercises sound judgment to ensure user satisfaction ·  Detail-oriented and self-motivated·  Must be able to multi-task ·  Technically savvy with experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs·  Excellent knowledge of the Internet and social networking·  Background in working with law enforcement or legal personnel preferred  If interested please send a Word formatted version of your resume to bmuch@ultimatestaffing.com About Ultimate Staffing Want to work with people who care about your personal and professional growth?
