The company has over 500,000 SSL certificate customers who rely on us to enable and protect their online businesses.  We are looking a direct marketing superstar – a self-starter with an analytical mind to help us increase renewal rates, drive retention and optimize upsell within each brand and customer group.  Specific responsibilities include:-  Developing the strategy to increase renewal and upsell rates and drive loyalty across brands, products and geographies-  Leveraging best practices to develop from concept stage through execution, marketing campaigns that meet and exceed business objectives -  Evaluating the effectiveness of content and offers.  Working independently with Product Marketing to support these programs with messaging, positioning, assets and offers.-  Analyzing results and monthly renewal / upsell rates and communicating these results with management.-  Working with Product Management, Data Analysis and Sales to collaborate on new product features, enhancements, and innovative programs to improve renewal upsell rates and increase upsell. -  Developing best practices and business processes for managing campaigns leveraging Email Central, Offermatica and other web analytic tools and reports.  Identifying enhancements to existing platforms or new systems that would be optimal to increase our renewal and retention rates.-  Identifying and managing outside agencies with key expertise in renewals, upsell and loyalty to find alternate ways to improve renewal rates and upsell ratesQualifications: The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing and implementing strategies to drive renewal, loyalty and upsell; plus the amazing ability to analyze results to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI. The candidate will be an expert direct marketer with a penchant for product management and skilled in multivariate testing.
