We invent, engineer and deliver technology solutions that drive business value, create social value and improve the lives of our customers.ProCurve Networking by HP is hiring!  Title: Partner Marketing Manager Location: Roseville, CA Job Summary: The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the Americas Region volume channel partner program including identification and recruitment of partners, marketing program management and channel promotion initiatives for ProCurve Networking by HP. The Partner Marketing Manager will work closely with the Manager, Partner Marketing, the Marketing & Communications team, and the regional sales team in developing and executing effective volume channel partner marketing programs. This individual will identify local and national channel resellers, channel marketing opportunities, develop messaging strategies to reach target markets, and ensure channel partners are aligned and executing to achieve company goals. This position will report into the Manager, Partner Marketing, Commercial Solutions, Americas Region based out of Roseville, CA. Build marketing relationships with channel resellers (i.e. DMR accounts) within the Americas region market to meet marketing objectives and revenue targets Develop, in conjunction with the Country Business Managers, and present annual and quarterly channel marketing plans for Americas region Define and develop the Americas region partner recruitment and enablement strategy and plan Create and launch integrated partner recruitment campaigns working closely with ProCurve Networking sales, 3rd party channel publication vendors, alliance partners and distributors Develop channel promotions at the partner level Development, communication and implementation of channel promotions MDF and co-op accrual funds management Channel demand forecasting and promoting sell through in target channels Track general business indicators: POS data, market share, competitors' marketing and sales program activities ROI measurement to evaluate promotions and programs Evangelize the ProCurve Partner Program Create and regionalize inbound and outbound channel communication materials Drive regular communication and process with resellers and stakeholders Create the development of sales contests, spiffs, incentive promotions to drive business Work closely with product marketing and business development team to initiate and implement marketing activities that support ProCurve Networking strategic goals Requirements:   B.A. or B.S. or equivalent experience Channel marketing experience mandatory Previous reseller or distributor marketing experience highly desired Minimum 3 - 5 years of channel marketing programs development experience in the technology industry Knowledge of networking industry highly desired Solid marketing program creation, management and measurable success required. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute channel marketing programs which result in revenue generation. Excellent oral and written communications skills Superb understanding of channel marketing cost envelope Ability to stay within budget guidelines and make intelligent use of funds. Detail-oriented with proven track record in measuring ROI to evaluate channel promotions and programs Proven success developing a regional product launch plan and managing the rollout plan through 2 tier channels Ability to thrive in multi-tasking, entrepreneurial environment © 2007 Hewlett-Packard Development Company, L.P.
