PeopleSoft 7.02 Ben/Admin Consultants

The client is adding 401K functionality to their existing PeopleSoft 7.02 HCM application. Candidates must have proven skills in configuring the 401K functionality in a 7.02 environment. They will also be required to provide some post go-live support as well as training to business users. Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 7.02 Benefits/Admin and 401K functionality. PeopleSoft Query Tool and knowledge of PeopleSoft tables to create queries is required. Candidate must demonstrate skills with PeopleSoft 7.02 HCM, preferably with recent experience in that application version. Must be capable of working with short timelines. Proven candidates will also be considered for longer term upgrade project to upgrade 7.02HCM to PeopleSoft 9.0 HCM. Our client is implementing new functionality such as 401K and others to their existing PeopleSoft HCM application. We require strong business analysts who have experience in Benefits and Benefits Administration apart from Base HR exposure to undertake the role of senior BSA's on the team. The candidate will be strong in the business functionality, experienced with PeopleSoft 7.02 as well as upgrades and be capable of leading the client through the upgrade process by defining and testing the system configurations and process functionality.   Skills Required:  Very good knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 7.02 especially Benefits Administration and Base benefits. Upgrade and/or implementation experience of PeopleSoft applications is a must. Must have PeopleSoft Query skills. Strong communication skills (oral and written). Experience in working with senior managers and business users. Fit/Gap analysis experience, configuration and testing.
