PeopleSoft HRMS Senior Analyst

We are seeking for a permanent PeopleSoft Senior analyst with at least 5 years of PeopleSoft HRMS development experience. Ideal candidate should have both functional and technical experience. Our System is PeopleSoft(Oracle) HRMS v8.8 including HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Benefit Administration, Time & Labor, Training, Recruitment and Employee Self Service. We are planning to upgrade to v9.0 during this year. In this position, the employee will support and maintain production systems, work with the clients to understand new business requirements and design, customize, develop and test application modification to optimize the PeopleSoft HRMS Systems. The responsibilities also include troubleshooting application issues and/or data issues when they arise. Responsibilities: Support production systems, as required, by optimizing performance, streamlining processes, helping resolve problems, and providing timely follow-up on problem reports. Design, code, test and implement complex programs; Develop appropriate programs and systems documentation according to established IT standards. Interface with customers to determine requirements and problem resolution. Analyze and install updates, fixes and bundles. Participate in the FIT/GAP analysis during system upgrade or implementation. Provide reports on project development status to project leads and leadership on a regular and timely basis. Enhance existing systems; participate in structured walkthroughs and technical reviews. Implementing/Supporting new modules as business requires   Skills Required:  Strong problem solving skills, and verbal and written communication skills Ability to understand business requirements and work with functional community to develop system requirements. Proven ability to effectively manage tasks and activities Ability to work well with all levels within the technical community and clients. Experience in supporting Payroll, Benefits, Ben Admin, Time & Labor and Self Service. Proficient in PeopleTools (Application Designer, Peoplecode, SQR, App Engine, Component Interface), PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (web servers, application servers and process scheduler) Proficient in SQL statements and Relational Database (preferable Oracle).
