PeopleSoft - Sr Analyst - 5245

Description:ResponsibilitiesContinually monitors information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements.Utilizes PeopleSoft application security including maintenance of roles, permission lists, trees and row level security.Analyze, test, debug, document, and maintain the PeopleSoft application. Develop and modify complex business processes. Participates in ensuring that customer requests via the ticketing system are managed to closure.Complies with all standard internal controls and processes. Participates and follows all processes as defined by Alliance Data Systems.Delivers results in support of achieving the organizations Service Level Agreements.Prepare detailed test plans.Provide quality assurance reviews.Conduct discussions and/or meetings with Management and end users.Research and prepare system time/cost estimates.Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, etc.About the OpportunityResponsible for supporting the PeopleSoft applications, databases and security. Maintains internal application tables and designs processes to meet business requirements.Qualifications:BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in ERP administration and application design. 2 years experience with complex ERP systems.3 years experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting PeopleSoft applications. Must have knowledge of PeopleSoft support, installation, upgrade and configuration.Experience with large full-scale, full life cycle PeopleSoft implementations, managing both functional and technical teams. Must have prior experience on project team for implementation, customization, or enhancements to PeopleSoft .Experience with business process reengineering, including gathering and documenting requirements, documenting workflows and developing specifications for the programmers required.
